You have 3 days to contact MainStem to be eligible for a return. Your item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in the original packaging.
Please reference the original sales order in the subject of the email and contact vendors@mainstem.io.
Once the supplier receives your item, it will be inspected and we will notify you of the status of your return. If your return is approved, we will refund your credit card or original method of payment.
You may be responsible for covering shipping costs depending on the return. If the order is a mis-ship, the supplier will cover shipping. If you receive a refund, shipping costs and restocking fees may apply.
Please inspect all shipments. You have the right to reject any damaged deliveries. If received, all damaged shipments need to be claimed with the shipping carrier.
You will need to provide photos of the external packaging damage and any internal damage. Please contact MainStem within 24 hours of a damaged shipment and reference the original sales order in the subject line.
